How to contact Eterna  (February 15, 2017, 09:07:57 PM) quote
I've bought an Eterna 1948 Moonphase chronometer (ETA 7751) a year ago from a gray market dealer. I'm happy with the watch (and the dealer, as far as they could do anything for me). But I didn't get the COSC certificate and after some discossion and research I left the dealer along. I found that Eterna's web site had a page where you could order the original COSC certificate directly from Eterna by entering COSC#, Ref# and Serial#. The problem was the COSC# which presumably was stampped on the movement and I had to open the watch to find it out. I decided not to open the watch and lived happy till recently I got a maglified glass and examined the watch (without opening it). I found some small numbers close the balance weel - that's probably the COSC#, I thought - so I went to the Eterna's site and couldn't find the page anymore... Now there is no "Contact US" page at all.

Has somebody contacted Eterna somehow recently? Do you think I have a chance to get COSC certificate?
